Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Jack Pot, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our processing timelines, delivery expectations, courier practices, and customer responsibilities.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-sale periods (festivals, promotional events, etc.), processing time may extend to 2–4 business days.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on the customer's location and courier service availability.

A. Metro Cities

  • Minimum: 2 days
  • Maximum: 5 days

B. Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities

  • Minimum: 3 days
  • Maximum: 7 days

C. Remote, Rural & ODA (Out-of-Delivery Area) Locations

  • Minimum: 5 days
  • Maximum: 12 days

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery time may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free or as mentioned during checkout.
  • COD Orders: COD charges may apply depending on courier partner policies.
  • COD availability may vary by pincode.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
  • Tracking details may take 12–24 hours to update on the courier portal.
  • Customers are advised to check tracking updates regularly.

5. Courier Partners

We ship through reputed logistics partners to ensure fast and safe delivery, including:

  • Delhivery
  • Bluedart
  • Xpressbees
  • DTDC
  • Ecom Express

Couriers are selected automatically based on serviceability and speed.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
  • For frequent COD refusals, customer COD service may be restricted for future orders.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide correct and complete shipping details, including:
  • Full Name
  • Active Mobile Number
  • Accurate Address with Landmark
  • Correct Pincode
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or order cancellations.

8. Unserviceable Locations

  • Certain pincodes may be unserviceable due to courier restrictions.
  • If so, the customer will be informed to:
  • Provide an alternate delivery address, OR
  • Switch to prepaid mode if COD is not available.

9. Delivery Delay Conditions

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Bad weather or natural calamities
  • Festivals or courier overload
  • Political strikes or operational issues
  • Remote or restricted locations
  • Unexpected courier disruptions

Jack Pot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

10. Damaged or Tampered Package

  • If a package appears tampered or damaged at delivery:
  • Do NOT accept the parcel.
  • Ask the courier executive to mark it as “Return to Sender”.
  • Once returned, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Accepted damaged parcels without proof may not qualify for return claims.
