Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund will be initiated ONLY when:


  1. Return request is approved by our team.

  2. Product passes quality check after it reaches our warehouse.

  3. Product is unused and original packaging is intact.

2. Refund Mode


  1. Prepaid Orders:


    Refund will be credited back to original payment method.



  2. COD Orders:


    Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI.


    Customer must provide bank/UPI details.


3. Refund Timeframe


  1. After approval, refund will be initiated within 2–4 working days.

  2. Bank processing may take an additional 2–7 working days.

4. Deductions (If Applicable)


  1. Reverse shipping charges (if return is customer-initiated).

  2. COD charges (non-refundable).

  3. Payment gateway charges (if applicable).

5. Non-Refundable Situations


  1. Return fails quality check.

  2. Hygiene issues reported without valid proof.

  3. Missing accessories, packaging, or tags.

  4. Customer denies pickup or is unreachable.
