Return Policy

⚠️ Due to hygiene reasons, return of used innerwear is strictly NOT allowed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted ONLY under the following conditions:


  1. Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Mandatory Unboxing Video:


    The video should clearly show the package being opened.


    The video must capture the label, packaging condition, and product condition.



  3. Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

  4. Packaging must be intact:


    Polybag


    Tags


    Brand stickers



  5. Return is accepted only for:


    Wrong product received


    Wrong size/color delivered


    Damaged or defective product


    Missing items


2. Non-Returnable Conditions


  1. Used, washed, worn, or torn garments.

  2. No unboxing video provided.

  3. Return request raised after 24 hours.

  4. Hygiene-related issues (fits, comfort preference, material feel) are not valid reasons for return.

  5. Items damaged due to customer handling.

3. Return Process


  1. Customer raises request via WhatsApp/email/website within 24 hours.

  2. Team verifies the unboxing video and images.

  3. If approved, pickup will be arranged within 2–5 days.

  4. Product must be handed over exactly as received.

4. Return Pickup Conditions


  1. Courier partner will attempt 2–3 pickups.

  2. If customer fails to hand over product, return request will be cancelled.

  3. Product will be rechecked once received at warehouse.
